My Time Here

I feel a tide turning… and I feel I no longer belong here.

I’m not sure if it’s just historically how start-stop, start again-stop again, my life has been…

Or that I’ve realized writing was my “coping mechanism”… in my darkest of days… and by God’s Grace, I no longer live in such darkness…

My healing process has brought me THROUGH so much; I no longer need to focus on a mental distraction.

Maybe, I just need a short period to re-evaluate my “purpose” here… my “why”.

Thank you all who’ve stuck with me this far! You’ve been so incredibly supportive!

  1. If writing was your coping mechanism, the blogging community has greatly benefited from that gift. I thank you for all of the positive words and daily inspiration that has brightened the gloom of everyday living. I’ve noticed a few of my favorite bloggers have stepped back for a while to reevaluate. I think that’s a good idea. One blogger has just returned stronger than ever.
I think that will happen for you also. No matter what you do you have our full support.

  2. I don’t often post publicly and prefer to sit on the sidelines most days. I’m here to comment, to read posts, and to be the person you see in the comments. As for writing…. it takes a different kind of passion, motivation, and inspiration to write original content. So when inspiration doesn’t spark, it is OK to take a break from writing. Perhaps, maybe you’ll find inspiration from sitting on the sidelines with me being a passive observer for a change in pace. Why do I do this? It’s a huge part of my healing journey and perhaps it could be in yours as well. 🌸🌸🌸

  3. Sometimes when we get to a place like that it’s good to step back and take a break for awhile to really check and see what we want to do. I hope you are able to get that figured out and do what’s best, not what others want you to do.🙂😺

  4. We all have purposes and some are given though we can’t see the full potential of them. Because one doesn’t feel the need to do one cause no longer doesn’t mean that task is no longer needed lovely, you may have been brought here for a different entirety and other accomplishments were a bonus.🌹

  5. By “here” you mean your blog, right? If you need a break, please do take one. Do what feels good for you. I hope you’ll be back whenever you’re ready. Maybe you will have more to say at another time. Hugs!
